1) Enter your trip details on the website
2a) If you see any shypments that match your schedule, you can contact the Shypper to see if they want to hire you.
2b) If you don’t see any shypments that match your schedule, you can post your trip and let Shyppers find you. Your post will stay on the website until your departure date/time.
3) If you get matched with a Shypper, you can then work out pick up / delivery details. If you don’t get matched before you depart, then hopefully you’ll come back again and post your trip next time you’re heading out
4) Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the value of the shypment you get hired to deliver
5) Pick up the package.
6) Head to your destination, and drop off the package on the way
7) Be sure to take pictures of the delivery you made and upload them via the link that will be emailed to you when you’re hired. Once confirmed, you’ll be paid shortly after that and the hold on your credit card will be lifted.

2a) If you see any drivers that have extra space and are able to deliver your package, you can instantly hire them!
2b) If you don’t see any drivers that match, you can post your shypment requirements and let Drivers find you.
3) If you get matched with a driver, you can then work out pick up / delivery details. If you don’t get matched in the time frame you stipulated, then you’ll have to ship the old fashioned way and hopefully you’ll come back again and post next time you need to shyp something.
4) Your credit card will be charged for the delivery and the driver picks up your package at the start of their trip
5) The driver drops off your package on the way to their destination and will complete the delivery via the website by uploading photos of the delivery.
6) Once the delivery is confirmed, the driver will be paid for delivering your package.
